بعد تقديم طلبك، ستتم مراجعة المعلومات والمستندات الداعمة التي قدمتها لتحديد مدى أهليتك. نهدف إلى تزويد مقدمي الطلبات بتحديث أولي بشأن حالة طلباتهم في أسرع وقت ممكن من تاريخ استلام الطلب المكتمل. وقد تستغرق الحالات الأكثر تعقيداً، أو الطلبات التي تتطلب إجراءات تحقق إضافية، وقتاً أطول. إذا كانت هناك حاجة إلى معلومات أو مستندات إضافية، فسيتم التواصل معك باستخدام عنوان البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المقدم في هذا الطلب. لا يضمن تقديم الطلب استيفاء شروط الأهلية أو الحصول على التمويل أو القبول الجامعي أو الموافقة على التأشيرة أو تصريح السفر أو المشاركة في البرنامج.

After you submit your application, the information and supporting documentation you provide will be reviewed to determine your eligibility. We aim to provide applicants with an initial update on the status of their application as soon as possible following receipt of complete applications. More complex cases, or applications requiring additional verification, may take longer. If additional information or documentation is required, you will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided in this application. Submitting an application does not guarantee eligibility, funding, university admission, visa approval, travel permission, or participation in the programme.

١. جمع المعلومات / 1. Information Collection

تقوم اللجنة الوطنية لإدارة قطاع غزة (NCAG) بجمع هذه المعلومات، بصفتها الجهة المسؤولة عن إدارة وتقييم الطلبات المقدمة من خلال برنامج الطلاب هذا وفقاً لولايتها. / This information is collected by the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), in its capacity as the body responsible for administering and assessing applications submitted through this student programme pursuant to its mandate.

٢. الغرض / 2. Purpose

من خلال جمع المعلومات، بما في ذلك بياناتكم الشخصية وبيانات الاتصال، ومعلومات الجامعة والبرنامج الدراسي، والسجلات الأكاديمية، ووثائق القبول أو التسجيل الجامعي، ومعلومات التمويل، ووثائق جواز السفر أو إثبات الهوية، ومعلومات التأشيرة أو الإقامة، وغيرها من المستندات الداعمة ذات الصلة، تقوم اللجنة بتقييم أهليتكم لبرنامج الطلاب ومعالجة طلبكم. / By collecting information including your personal and contact details, university and course information, academic records, university acceptance or enrolment documents, funding information, passport or identification documents, visa or residency information, and other relevant supporting documentation, NCAG will assess your eligibility for the student programme and process your application.

كما يجوز استخدام معلوماتكم للتحقق من دقة وصحة المعلومات والمستندات المقدمة، وإجراء عمليات الفحص المناسبة، والتواصل معكم بشأن طلبكم، وعند الاقتضاء، لتنسيق الترتيبات المتعلقة بالدراسة أو السفر أو التأشيرات أو التمويل أو العودة. / Your information may also be used to verify the accuracy and authenticity of information and documents submitted, to conduct appropriate vetting, to contact you regarding your application, and, where applicable, to coordinate arrangements associated with study, travel, visas, funding or return.

٣. التحقق من المعلومات والمستندات / 3. Verification of information and documents

يجوز مراجعة المعلومات والمستندات المقدمة كجزء من طلبكم والتحقق منها من قبل موظفي اللجنة مع الجهات المختصة، كالجامعات والمؤسسات التعليمية التي تُسهم في عملية التقييم. / The information and documents submitted as part of your application may be reviewed and verified by Committee staff with the relevant authorities, such as universities and educational institutions that contribute to the assessment process.

يجوز استخدام أدوات آلية، بما في ذلك الأدوات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي، للمساعدة في مراجعة المستندات والتحقق منها. وفي حال استخدام هذه الأدوات، فإنها ستكون داعمة للمراجعة واتخاذ القرار البشري المناسب ولن تحل محلهما. / Automated tools, including artificial intelligence-assisted tools, may be used to support the review and verification of documents. Where such tools are used, they will support rather than replace appropriate human review and decision-making.
