Lead Gaza's family stability, psychosocial recovery, and tribal and community affairs under NCAG authority. Protect and empower vulnerable families, women, children, and persons with disabilities through integrated counselling, protection referrals, mediation, and livelihoods-linked wraparound services that support households' transition from crisis toward resilience. In parallel, organize and professionalize engagement with mukhtars, clans, and community leaders to strengthen social cohesion, conflict de-escalation, and align customary practices with rule-of-law standards.
