Rebuild and modernize Gaza's health system under the authority of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), in partnership with international and local organizations, ensuring fair and high-quality service delivery and regulation across primary clinics and health centers, general hospitals, and specialized hospitals, alongside community care and mental health services to support recovery from the impacts of conflict. The commission aims to establish a modern, resilient, sustainable, and accountable health system aligned with international standards, grounded in professionalism and sound governance.
