Rebuild and modernize Gaza's health system under the authority of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), in partnership with international and local organizations, ensuring fair and high-quality service delivery and regulation across primary, secondary, and tertiary health services, general hospitals, and specialized hospitals, alongside community care and mental health services to support recovery. The commission aims to establish a modern, resilient, sustainable, and accountable health system grounded in professionalism and sound governance and aligned with international standards.
