Reopen and operate schools, universities, and education facilities across all governorates in Gaza, ensuring safe and inclusive learning environments for all students. The commission will stabilize the education system, restart service delivery, and then rebuild it on modern and equitable foundations that strengthen knowledge, skills, and the values of peace and civic participation, under the authority of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza. Over the medium term, it will support education renewal and transformation by integrating digital literacy, civic values, religious values, and a culture of peace and interfaith understanding across all education stages.
