Social Protection

Design and operate a social protection system in Gaza under the authority of the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), aimed at reducing poverty, protecting the most vulnerable, and enabling crisis-affected households to recover and progressively move toward self-reliance. The commission will deliver transparent, rules-based assistance, prioritizing child protection, care for orphans, women's empowerment, support for persons with disabilities, and care for older persons, to strengthen stability and social cohesion.
