Serve as NCAG's financial authority responsible for fiscal governance, payroll integrity, and transparent financial coordination with donors. The Finance Portfolio will quickly establish budgeting, expenditure control, a review of the taxation system, and audit systems for reconstruction efforts, all NCAG ministries, and local entities. It will build financial credibility and professional capacity.
