The National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) invites qualified and dedicated individuals to apply for service in the establishment of the Palestinian police force serving our people in Gaza.

The NCAG seeks highly capable Palestinian men and women committed to maintaining public security, supporting order and stability, strengthening the rule of law, and protecting society in a spirit of discipline and responsibility, and who view this service as a national duty and a contribution to rebuilding trust, safety, and hope within our community.

Candidates who demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a strong sense of public responsibility are encouraged to apply and to stand at the forefront of restoring dignity, safeguarding our families, and shaping a more secure future for our children.

Service in this force will be grounded in accountability, transparency, and respect for the law. Officers will serve under clear standards of conduct, subject to oversight, and guided by the principle that public trust is earned through integrity, fairness, and responsibility to the people.
