Historic First Meeting in Cairo
National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG) convened its inaugural meeting in Cairo, Egypt, marking a significant milestone in the implementation of the peace framework.

Discussions and Priorities
During the meeting, Commissioners discussed immediate priorities for the transitional period:

Assessment of Current Conditions - Understanding the state of public services and infrastructure across Gaza.

Coordination with International Partners - Establishing working relationships with UN agencies, international organizations, and donor countries.

Service Delivery Plans - Developing actionable plans to restore and improve essential services.

Dr. Ali Shaath, Chief Commissioner, stated: “This meeting represents the beginning of a new chapter for Gaza. We are united in our commitment to serve the people with integrity, transparency, and dedication. The challenges are great, but so is our resolve.”
