Ayed Abu-Ramadan (Economy, Industry & Trade Commissioner, NCAG) is a Gaza-based private-sector leader and economic-policy practitioner with longstanding institutional credibility within Gaza's economical ecosystem. He serves as Economy, Industry & Trade Commissioner at the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), and as Chairman of the Gaza Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he represents local enterprises and operates at the intersection of commerce policy, trade facilitation, and private-sector coordination under highly constrained conditions.

Previously, Mr. Abu-Ramadan served as Administrative Director of the Palestine Islamic Bank. He holds Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University in the United States. In his leadership of the Chamber, he has engaged extensively with the business community, public authorities, and international partners to support market continuity, sustain Gaza's industrial and commercial base, and advance pragmatic frameworks for economic stabilization and recovery
